Sharp and Sassy will be following government guidelines.
Throughout this pandemic I have implemented many changes in line with the government guidelines, insurance requirements and for your safety and mine.
Government Approval Dates
Monday 16th July - services can restart but not treatments on the face and scalp until further notice.
Please DO NOT book an appointment or let me come to your house if you or any other member of your household feels unwell or is displaying any symptoms of COVID-19; instead follow the government guidelines and self isolate.
In the event of you needing to cancel an appointment, please do so as soon as you possibly can. No cancellation fee will be implemented for doing so.
Please be reassured that I will also be vigilant and if at any time I or any other member of my household falls ill or displays any signs of COVID-19 then I will cancel your appointment. This will be done as soon as signs are displayed and for this reason may be at short notice. This is for your own safety and the safety of any other members of your household.
I ask that it's just you in the room during the treatment, and that any areas I need to pass through allow for social distancing from other members of your household.
I will be in appropriate PPE and would ask you to wear a face mask of your own; I can provide one if you don't have one. PPE will be replaced after every client and I will wash my hands before and after every client using hand sanitiser and will advise that you do the same too.
All my towels and uniform will be washed at 60 degrees C along with a antibacterial washing liquid. You are welcome to use your own towels if you would prefer.
Disposable couch roll will be used and my massage table will be sanitised with anti-bacterial wipes prior to and straight after each client. The same applies to all my other equipment.
Symptoms of COVID-19
High Temperature - hot to touch;
New continuous cough - coughing a lot for more then an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (maybe worse if you usually have a cough);
Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste - you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal.
The above list is not exhaustive; please see the NHS website for a full list.
To protect others, if you or any member from your household has any of the above symptoms, stay at home (self-isolate) get a test, and please cancel your appointment.
